Disappointed

Original visit went well. If she was discovered and part ordered. Arrive the same day as I called for service. Part came in fairly quickly. It was installed and dishwasher working again with one week. My low rating is because as he was fixing the dishwasher he damaged the hardwood floor. These things happen, but the worst part is that he took a mat and covered up the scratches so I could not see them until he had left. Instead of just admitting he caused the damage he tried to hide it which is very unprofessional.
