Ordered 2 water inlets, 1 arrived clearly used and when I hooked the hose on I quickly realized it was the wrong inlets so I returned them. I was charged $13 to return them and then get an email saying they wouldn't accept my return because the item was used (by attaching a hose) and installed (it was not installed). Would never use again or recommend to anyone. Very poor customer service as they jumped to conclusions without calling or asking questions. Customer Service turned Keyboard Warrior.

We reported a problem with both our washer and dryer. They were very quick to schedule the inspection. The parts were in within 1 week and from beginning to end it was only 2 weeks. They kept us updated the whole time. Very informative and professional. Can definitely say my experience was very positive. Thank you!

We had 1 company come in and tell us we had a busted pipe that would need digging up so we called Clifford & Romano for a 2nd opinion - they discovered it was simply a clogged sewer pipe. They unclogged it and everything is perfect!! They saved us big time!

Our washing machine is getting clothes's trapped and producing friction causing excessive and heavy smoke from the drum. Our dryer has a random bolt/screw in the drum that catches and tears clothes. Contacted Whirpool on September 15/15 with my concerns. I was advised that I would need to pay $89 for the visit and $25 per 15 minutes for diagnosis of the machines! Absolutely ridiculous that 2 machines that are a potential FIRE hazard is now going to cost me hundreds of dollars.

Great customer service. This was in the middle of summer, so a bit late on the review. But they arrived on time, dropped the bin, we used it for about 3 days, loaded it up and they were there again ON TIME to pick this bin up. Driveway was left nice and clean.

They were hired to do a pre-winter cleanup, raking the leaves, garbage pickup, leaf pickup, fertilizer and lawn seed. Very professional. We were very happy with the service and the price.

They sold us an AC+Furnace combo, they made a lot of promises of how the system would perform, specifically in the attic. System performed poorly. When I contacted them AFTER their "home evaluation" aka, sales pitch, they said I need more duct work in the house..even after they promised it would function 100% post "home evaluation". They have a Total Home Comfort guarantee which isnt valid, I tried to claim that and they said it applies to the equipment and not our comfort???? then we tried to claim their $500 no frustration guarantee, but were told that applies to the equipment malfunction and not performance???? The system did not save us money on our hydro as PROMISED!!! nothing but excuses from reliance. Horrible service and care from start to finish. Lots of promises but be very careful, lots of false statements. Company Response? nothing, they just ignored followup texts and calls

FANTASTIC SERVICE! Job was done on time and at a great price. Lerenzo provides professional service and does great work. We compared his prices to others and found it to be the most accurate and honest price. A great experience and highly recommended.
