I approached Tony because he was highly recommended by a good friend of mine. Tony sat down with me and explained nicely about different brands of furnaces which really helped me choose the one that was within my budget. He was very honest and open about the pricing and not much room to negotiate which is fair enough. The guys (Saif, and Anil) who came to install the furnace were on time and very professional and explained everything nicely. For me it was a peace of mind going with this company.
