I worked with David to design a third floor master suite in an existing space. With only one revision, David captured everything I wanted in the space and I'm thrilled . David also handled all permits and navigating the project through the endless bureaucracy of the City of Toronto Building Dept. processes including Committee of Adjustment and the OMB. His calm demeanour was a valuable asset in a complex project. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again and recommend him without reservation.

Thank you Susan for finding the time to write this and for the kind words. As we discussed, it’s somewhat unfortunate that your project set the bar for the most frustrating and challenging (from a bureaucratic and process point of view) of all of my projects to date. The extent to which we had to go to achieve the end results was far from the norm, but an invaluable experience none the less. You should be commended for your saintly patience and cool head, your perseverance and flexibility. The end result and our success is that much sweeter knowing what it took to get there, I know that every day the finished product will bring a smile to your face as you reflect back on all that went into making it happen. Thank you for the opportunity to participate in the journey!

We recently had a new front door installed by EntryDoors Toronto. We had already had a Home Depot representative come to our home and we were informed that because our current door was very less than standard width, we only had one choice - a very cheap steel door that looked not much better than our curent door. Alex informed us that EntryDoors would enlarge the opening, giving us more options. He was very patient with us, helping us to choose the right style for our very modern home. He told us to expect that it would take approximately 8 weeks for the door to come in. That's exactly how long it took. Next, Dennis (the installer) got in touch with us directly and arranged to install the door. He spent the entire day at our home, making sure everything was perfect. The installatation was definitely tricky, and Dennis is a craftsman, such as you don't see much anymore. He poured over every detail and we couldn't be happier with the result. I would rate the entire experience an '11', but HomeStars only goes up to 10 :). We are very grateful to Alex and Dennis and would not hesitate to recommend EntryDoors-Toronto.
