The basement was having water seeping issues and could not use as additional space very UGLY. We had Unique finsh off the basement and replace the two windows. They practically bent over backwards to make us happy, with follow-ups from the Sales Rep, the installation crew! GREAT GROUPS OF PEOPLE. FAST AND GREAT PRICE.

We needed new flowers. Wouldn't reall know it was there if you didn't drive by it. They have great flowers good prices and PEOPLE to help answer questions and help put the right types of plants together.

Tried to clear a clog with out the help of the hubby and tangled the line of the snake. Had to get a NEw one and Eddie's ACE had it for me for about 100.00 and got it replaced before I was found out the got the CLOG too.

ANOTHER POPULAR REPAIR COMPANY wanted $700 to replace a board heat pump. Their price seemed way HIGH so I got a second opinion. I submitted a repair request thru Service Magic and received a call only minutes after submission. The technician showed up next day for service. It took a couple of hours for the repair to be found and repaired, but was only charged $189.00 total including contact block and new thermostat. Don't hesitate, call Grace Heating!

Called tem out to service the washer and dryer. Dryer was not heating just running and washer was not getting the water out of the tub. Service man saved me LOTS of money. Washer was still under warranty and he could repair it (just service call) and Replace the heating thing and smoething else in the dryer and we we good to go. LOVE THEM WILL USE ANY TIME MY APPLIANCES NEED REPAIR.
