Water Service and Drain Replacement
The previous owner of our home never bother to replace their lead water service pipe. Serhiy was quick to response; from the first conversation with him, he communicated clearly what they will do every step along the way. Before they start, Serhiy perform a thorough plumbing check around the house. He point out that our sewer drain system is old with partially blocked clay pipes. He recommend that we replace the drain system and installed a back water valve in parallel to the water service line upgrade to save money down the road. The quote was competitive and we agreed. Serhiy kept me informed on progress over the next several days, his team was professional and finish the job on time. They took care of all the permits and he came back to meet with the city inspector to go over work that was completed. Overall I am extremely happy with the result. I would highly recommend Tornado Plumbing for any plumbing work.
