Great service. Our Technician (Sergei) arrived on time and promptly traced the problem leak with our Samsung laundry washer. Special order replacement hose part arrived week later. CAR tracked order and scheduled follow up service. Sergei completed repair / installation in polite and professional manner. Appreciate his assurances we could safely continue using washer until repair part arrived.
