I had a very finicky problem with my 2 drawer, 15 year old, Fisher Paykel dishwasher. It started to quit working part way through the cycle, then next load it would run alright for a time or two. I finally called Doctor Appliance (after checking the reviews) to try to find out what was going on. Ilya first came in and leveled the machine before we even got into a discussion about the problem (I hadn’t even noticed). On first examination he found a worn part, as well as a glass shard stuck in the rotor. He cleaned up the machine but did not have the replacement part. I was able to get it and replaced it myself but the problem showed again. Ilya returned and now was able to diagnose the situation - a failing valve in the heart of the machine. He returned the next day with a new valve and proceeded to take the machine apart while laying on his stomach, ½ buried in the machine. In about ¾ of an hour he had the part replaced, the machine back together and working properly again. Ilya has great knowledge and skill around this complicated appliance. Ilya was punctual, professional and personable. I will use only Doctor Appliance for any future work that I might need to be done.
