I contacted McLeod Plumbling to install a garburator in my kitchen sink. When I was speaking with him on the phone, I asked him which garburator would be best for my household. He recommended a magnet activated garburator instead of the traditional switch garburator, which was a little bit more money but worth every penny. I was very happy when he arrived at my home to do the installation prepared with all of the necessary tools, as he had to completely redo the piping under my sink. I was not expecting to replace them; however he showed me that my existing pipes were quite corroded and it would only be a matter of time before they began to leak. My garburator was very loud on the initial run and shook my whole counter top. I was a bit concerned but he assured me that would only happen on the initial runs, which was correct. My garburator works great and runs very quietly. I would highly recommend Ryan as he worked very efficiently and explained what he was doing. He was also proactive in replacing my pipes and saved me having to call again because my existing pipes were on there last legs. Great plumber and fast friendly service.

Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

I got 310 Reno in to do my master bathroom. I should say redo as I had it renovated 2 years earlier. I got sick and tired of dealing with a long list of deficiencies. 310 Reno gaurantees their work and offers a warranty. I was a little wary after the experience with the previous contractor. As soon as Sean and Graeme started the work I felt at ease. They showed me each step of the waterproofing process of the shower. The end result was a beautiful reno. I have since been married and now have a list of jobs to be done around our house. I know who I will be calling. Thank you Sean and Graeme.

Thanks for your kind words Rob. I am pleased that we were able to keep you "at ease", that's our goal. As you know, you had the classic shower waterproof fail...this is just another example of something we see over and over again. There are far too many state of the art shower waterproof systems for these things to be happening in the 21st century. At least now you know that things were done right the first time around. Have a great new year!
