Rob and his crews did a fantastic job. We had an unusual concept to replace an old detached garage in our backyard and talked to a number of contractors to bid on the work. Rob was the most forth coming with ideas to tweak the design making it more usable, attractive and easier to build (aka, reduce the cost). His crews were fantastic showing up on time, working to the original schedule and very capable. The site was a very tight space requiring access to a downtown Toronto back alley but they worked through it, with virtually no complaint from neighbors. The finished product is amazing. I'm delighted every time I look out my back window.

- Stay in close touch with the crews each day of the project. Often there are many "little" decisions to be made that could be a 5 min conversation at 7:30 am, versus 4 hours of rework at 4:30pm or disappointment.
