The company gave us a quote and did not honour it. We had installed wainscotting prior to the in-house consultation but after the carpet was installed the company called us and asked for an extra 100$ because we had baseboards in that the installer did not know about. Also, the installer went upstairs where we did not need carpet and helped himself to our amenities. After he left there was a huge mess that took us an hour and a half to clean up and we found a hole in one of our newly-painted walls. When we refused to pay the $100 the associate at End of the Roll told us that she would talk to her manager to see if we could get a discount on the extra work. After seeing all the things that went wrong with the install and even after hearing our complaints they did not apologize and we still had to pay $50. I would NOT be going back to this company again nor will I be recommending this company to any of my friends.
