After a lightening strike in my area my refrigerator ceased to work. I called Eugene and he showed up with the hour and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and ordered the parts needed. He came back and fixed the problem. Cost was reasonable and work was done in a professional manner. would not hesitate to use him again.

We returned home on Friday to find our air conditioner not working. Our house was extremely hot. I called reliance ( I have a protection plan) and when I finally got through they advised they could attend on Monday? I asked for q sooner appointment but was told Monday was the best they could do. I was forced to called another company who came to my house within 2 hours and fixed the problem in a jiffy. For such a big company Reliance should have more staff working both in the office and on the road, especially during a heat wave. When I tried to cancel the appointment I had to wait 1/2 hour on the phone to get through. Very poor customer service.

We came home Friday night and found our air conditioner not working. It was very hot out and needed someone quickly. We called Max and he advised he would arrive in 2 hours on a Friday night during a heat wave!!! He arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly. It was a pleasure to deal with him!!

I called Dr. Screen and was given a very quick appointment. John showed up on time and the work was done professionally and quickly. It was a small job but I was treated to excellent customer service from the start to finish.
