We contacted Mark from Victorious Carpet regarding removal and installation of a basement carpet. Mark responded promptly and came to our house to do a thorough assessment , at the end of which he discussed all options with us in a thorough and transparent manner. The installation itself was quick and efficient and we are very happy with the quality of the carpet and the cost. Would highly recommend!
