I am exceedingly pleased with Quarter Inch Appliance Repair. I put the issue I was having with my dryer on Home Stars. I think his name is Adel, was the second company to contact me. He said that CL means child lock (dont have little kids so didnt think of it) and I should look for that button and press and hold it. It worked!! He was very patient, waiting until I got my glasses and found the button and tried the dryer. That saved me at least $90 and being a senior that is significant. I think he even did research to identify the cause before he contacted me. Phenomenal customer service, especially in this day and age. If I have an appliance issue in the future, I will definitely call Quarter Inch Appliance Repair. If I could give more than 10 out of 10, I would do so unequivocally.
