There is not enough to be said about the extraordinary service from this company. From the start KEVIN, was professional, compassionate and honest on replacing our roof and providing recommendations on our very problematic roofing issue. Was also patient with my many, many questions and answered every single one!! (Gave much piece of mind!) OLSI and team were beyond amazing, very hard working, knowledgeable, respectful and communicated openly with the progress of the job, so we understood the details without hesitation or doubt! JENNIFER at the office was friendly, and was very receptive to our needs in our very initial call, and coordinated it with perfection. She delivered prompt calls on our project and detailed it every step of the way. ANDY was a gentleman- courteous, professional and explained the closing process of our roof upon inspection. This team delivered beyond our expectations, from quote to payment!! My heartfelt appreciation goes out to this company, my happy tears and all. LOL Thank you for saving our house!!!!!!!!!
