Full marks for Diya, who is both the owner and does the work. To say I was pleased would be an understatement. The work was done thoroughly, with care and an attitude that our satisfaction was paramount. Little items which were not part of the deal were done, even thought they were not at all part of the arrangement (one example is that a previous duct job had a hole patched in the ductwork by the furnace which was coming undone. I had not noticed this, but Diya did. He then took it off and reseated it properly. There are other examples as well). I give an unqualified reference.
