What a great experience! This was my first time at hiring movers and I was obviously anxious having someone else handle all my items. And moving in general can be stressful. However from the time I inquired about a move estimate to the very last box brought into my new place, it was only a pleasant experience. Guray was extremely professional over email and by phone to plan for the move. He is extremely prompt at responding too! Then came moving day and the two young gentlemen were so professional, courteous and overall nice to work with. They arrived 15 minutes ahead of time and they work so professionally and fast. The total time and cost was exactly as per what Guray had estimated....and it would only have been less time if it wasn't for my building asking that we temporarily move the truck out of the way to make way for the city recycling truck. Even in this situation, the movers promptly moved the truck and didn't complain. I couldn't help but give these guys a generous tip because they were just so great. I don't plan on moving for a while but I will certainly recommend them to my friends!
