These guys get it. They show up on time, do the work properly until it's done right. I had the crew of Jamal, Gabe and Ethan come out to trim the hedges/bushes. They did not leave until the job was done properly and I was satisfied. It was a very windy day and they went around the property to make sure all of the cuttings-which had blown all over the place- was cleaned up. Nice work boys.

UPDATE: After speaking with Ryan and understanding the issues better, they refunded my payment. They took responsibly for their mistake and resolved the issue. Happy with the outcome.

Glad we figured things out to make you happy Al. That is our number 1 goal at all time, to make clients happy and provide them the best service and experience possible.

We've made some additions to our service to better outline exactly how the service and full experience works. We did make some errors and we were facing tons of equipment and parts issues along with other covid related issues that were difficult to overcome.

But we did and were able to make clients happy as usual and I apologize you were not one of the happy clients in the month you were with us and I wish we could have done better for you, but are glad we could make it right and give you your desired resolution to the issues.

Hooman showed up after hours for a small job to replace a few exterior spotlights. I called a few other companies and most of them never called me back given the small job. He replaced all spotlights- not a easy feat, and his fee was very reasonable. Keep up the great work Hooman.
