Quite simply, what a great guy. We were in a bind and were facing some delays on our project and Basil worked evening and weekends to make sure we stayed on track. He's an absolute professional who has incredible knowledge in his field and takes the utmost care and attention when working within your home. He managed to tackle every challenge and request; nothing was too much (even the late evenings or Sunday afternoon visits)....he's also a pretty funny guy to hang out with! Finding contractors to come into your home and work in such close proximity with your own personal belongings and space can always seem daunting. If you're like us, we looked through Homestars, sent out a few requests, and hoped for the best...I consider myself extremely fortunate to have met Basil and his team, and I now know I've found an electrician for life. Stop looking for other contractors, Basil is great and will do a fantastic job in your home.

First thing that struck me was that David came and quoted our job on the weekend. Second thing was that, unlike others who had come to quote the job, David didn't try to upsell me or recommend we did anything more than we had to ... in fact, he actually offered me a quicker, cheaper solution than what I had originally asked him for; in essence, he deliberately undersold his own business. David and his team were incredibly proficient, polite, hard-working, and skilled. They altered their schedule to fit our timelines, they spent hours preparing beforehand and cleaning up after, and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. Stop looking for other contractors - this team is perfect and I won't even look elsewhere in the future whenever I need work done.
