I had a gorgeous coffee table with a glass top. One day a friend dropped a heavy stone ashtray on it and chipped a big chunk out of the corner. Instead of trashing it, I asked Grand River Glass to replicate the piece of glass so I could save the table. It was tempered cut to size and the edges were polished/rounded. It was just what I needed. They were nice and polite, it did take a little longer than expected, but not obscenely so. I was happy with their work and still used the table.
