The Royal Repair team showed up, on time and as planned. On the weekend and a holiday no-less. They delivered on the requirements as we discussed and one the mark in terms of budget. I genuinely feel lucky that we connected with them. Aside from the great work and follow-through, these are very very kind people. It was great to have them at my home. I 100% plan to hire them again!

Home Finishing literally saves us. We had been working with someone that claimed to be a drywall contractors. As it turned out, we needed help desperately to fix the poor craftsmanship and unfinished work of the original contractor. Home Finishing came in, put my mind as ease, and completed the work in only a few days. They even volunteered to work part of the weekend as a means to prevent further delays in the rest of my home renovation project. I wish I had hired them in the first place. They delivered faster than planned, on budget, and provided feedback in other areas. I'm very happy with them.

We hired PTR to remove a load bearing wall and insert an I-Beam nested into the ceiling of our main floor. In our entire renovation, Paul and PTR were the only contract that consistently delivered on-time, exactly what we hired them for, without fail. On top of that they were personable and very easy to work with. There were also a couple occasions where they provided insight and expterise outside of what they had been hired for, improving other areas of our total project. They brought to our attention structural considerations that our Architect missed and suggested solutions. We would hire them again without hesitation and I am more than happy to be a direct reference for anyone that wants to discuss my experience.

Incredible service. They followed through on exactly what was promised. On time, on budget, and precise fit. They cut through my siding, removed a window, inserted a sliding glass door, and filled it in. When they were done, you wouldn't even be able to tell that the siding was touched. It looked as .
