When we finished our basement we used Fireside for our bathroom tile and sink countertop. We were able to bring home sample swatches to decide the color we wanted to go with, they had a wonderful selection, and the staff was helpful. My husband and I are fairly young and as a result people don't always take us seriously when we go into a store and want information on something, but Fireside always treated us in a respectable manner. The end product in our bathroom is beautiful, and we would definately use them again.

We went to quite a few fireplace stores before settling on one, and we liked this one the best. They had a great selection to fit all budgets, their fireplaces were good quality, and their staff was very nice and helpful. We ended up installing the fireplace ourselves, but we are glad we bought the unit from them. We have had our fireplace for 3 years now with no problems at all.

We had an oak built-in entertainment center done in our family room. Mr. Hartmann did an unbelievable job, giving us everything we wanted and more.The crafstmanship was beautiful, and he fit the built-in with our already existing fireplace. He is also a very nice person (my kids kept calling him papa) and was a pleasure to work with. We got a few quotes from other companies, but he was the nicest and the most reasonable in cost.
