On a Saturday the furnace stopped. ORIA immediately responded to my call and was at my door within 20 minutes (he was luckily in the area on another call). He provided costs up front explaining that the service charge $120 would cover on the spot repair. Otherwise he would provide cost estimates if parts and a return visits were required. Happily he diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed it with no additional charge. He then took extra time to provide sound operating hints for the furnace and air conditioner. He was friendly, clean and generally very pleasant to deal with. I felt lucky to have found him for this repair,
