Ambia installed double-hung windows in three rooms in our house. The quote process was very smooth, with most of it done by email. Time from ordering to installation was about 9 weeks. The installation team did a very good job. We are happy with the new windows.

Last year (sorry for the delay), Tony and Straight Up Masonry rebuilt our chimney and the our front steps. Tony responded very quickly to our initial request for a quotation. Of the three contractors who provided an estimate, he was the the only one who actually went up onto our roof to look at the chimney. He took digital photos of the chimney, and then showed us what needed to be done based on these photos. Once we agreed to proceed, Tony was prompt in beginning the work. The work was completed quickly. Tony was very pleasant to deal with. We were very pleased with the quality and look of the finished work. After the work was finished, we noticed one small chink in the mortar in one location. We contacted Tony about this, and he came over the next day to fill the chink in. We were impressed by his quick response to this issue. We would be very happy to recommend Tony and Straight Up Masonry.

Paul Falco installed an interlocking patio in our backyard, removed an old concrete path from the street to the backyard and replaced it with an interlocking path. He also build two new sets of steps. Paul provided good design ideas, especially around the pathway. The work was very well done and we are very pleased with the quality and look of the resulting patio, pathway and steps. It was a pleasure to deal with Paul. Apart from the quality of the work, it was also a pleasure to deal with Paul because he is friendly and pleasant to deal with. He also did not sub-contract out the work, but was present with his work crew while the work was being done. We would be very happy to recommend Paul for patio and pathway design and construction.
