We recently ordered custom counter tops from Lowe's. The quality and installation were very good, however dealing with the in-store staff to place the order was tedious. After we received the estimate we went into the store to place our order but there was no one working in the kitchen department and we had to come back the next day. When we came back the next day the representative we dealt with was unsure of the computer system and had trouble entering the order into the system. We would probably use them again, but I would most likely try to get a manager involved in-store to improve the experience.

I contacted Dan based on reviews from this site. He arrived on time to prepare an estimate which was very reasonable. Dan also provided knowledgeable tips to maximize our storage. We placed our order and the drawers were built and installed very quickly (even sooner than we were originally promised!) Dan's attention to detail in both the construction and installation is exceptional. We have already shared our experience with friends and family and would definitely recommend him to anyone.
