Outstanding service an quality of work
We could not be more pleased and happy with the work done by Ideal Stairs. We found Ideal Stairs online, and we were impressed by the number of videos we could watch on their site. We needed to have the carpet removed from the second floor (1200sqft) and the two staircases, install the hardwood and remake the stairs with brand new steps, risers, and spindles. It was such a pleasure to work with Mesh and Raj. I could not believe how responsive Mesh was, from the moment we sent him the pictures with the stairs until we signed the contract. He had such patience in answering a million questions, allowing us to go back and forth on our decisions and reassuring us that we will stay on schedule! He also gave us hardwood samples to take home and see what will match best. When the job started, Rajan visited us every day to make sure that we were happy with the work done. How could we not be? Such a hard-working crew! They made sure that they always cleaned at the end of each day and they were very respectful and quiet. Rajan's professionalism and project management skills are outstanding. He made everything look so easy, which made us feel relaxed and comfortable with the project.
