Sam at JSN is friendly, efficient, and competent. The perfect combination of traits. He responded immediately to our call for help when the oven stopped working. He was able to find a replacement circuit board which was delivered within a week, and quickly installed. We have used JSN in the past, and we will use them again for any repairs required.
