Later that day I also met with the person that would oversee the installation to make sure they had a good understanding of the work involved to install five ductless units. The following day I received a phone call from Len to review our requirements before he submitted a proposal. His proposal covered everything that we discussed and was very competitive. After the church approved the proposal Len scheduled the installation and everything was neatly installed as we had discussed and completed on time. Len also came by a couple of times during and after the installation to answer any questions and to make sure we were completely satisfied with the installation.
