In our search for a home in Toronto, we've used Rob's services multiple times, to do pre-offer inspections on houses we were bidding on. Each time, our inspections included a full home inspection, plus a mold report. We've finally closed on our house, and he completed a final inspection for us. Rob is always professional, and quick to respond to requests and accommodate time restrictions which have sometimes been very tight given the Toronto market. He is efficient but does not rush, and takes time to answer our many, many questions. He communicates well and promptly over the phone, text, and email. He provides his full report extremely quickly (same day) and they are always very thorough with many photos detailing everything that was found. He took multiple air samples when testing for mold, his mold reports are detailed, and he takes the time to discuss them afterwards. He also does a great job of indicating which issues would need to be addressed urgently, and which issues are less pressing. We were very happy with his work, which is why we kept going back to him! I'd definitely recommend Rob to anyone looking for a home inspection/mold inspection.
