I hired PC Service On Site for a computer tune up for my iMac before our busy season begins. It is vital to make sure that our computers are up and running at peak performance. The tune up was done using remote access software via the internet. It was easy and save me time and money. Our tech was knowledgeable, friendly and best of all he did not use techie language so it was easy to understand. I highly recommend PC Service On Site.

We used TeamViewer to access your computer with your permission and password. With that we were able to run scans and tools to ensure that your computer is working at top performance. And as we remind all clients please ensure that you have a back up system in place.

As a business owner and a member of homestars.com, I just could NOT provide a review as this company is a company that goes above and beyond! (and I actually encourage them to start using Homestars.com) I have high expectations on myself / my team - always going above and beyond. Nicole the business owner did exactly that!! I had a dinning room set that I inhertited a few years ago. I didn't have the heart to get rid of it as it hold sentimental value, so a year or so ago I did some research and I had several companies come to provide their proposal. I wasn't happy with any of their ideas. Being in the landscape business and having some downtime, at the end of October I picked this project up again. I called two companies one was Alternatively Yours. I left a voice mail and my call was quickly returned. My dinning room set was stored at my shop which is where Nicole looked at it. Out of all the contractors I met with over the past 12-14 months, Nicole was the only person who actually asked if she could visit my home to see where I was going to put the set. She also wanted to look at the rest of my furniture. While at my home, Nicole also asked me a series of questions and she quickly found out that I like a little "funkiness". When Nicole left she said that she would call me back within three days to provide her suggestions. Two days passed and Nicole sent me an email with two options (colours and fabric) she thought I would like, and asked me to review. She then called me the following day to review her email. There was two processes that she could do finish my set, and she explained the advantages and disadvantages of both. VERY thoroughal and extremely professional, especially that this type of thing is outside of my realm!! I was sold. Nicole told me that she wouldn’t be able to have this completed for approx two months.. I signed a contract she picked up the furniture and I gave Nicole a 25% deposit. Mid December, I received and email from Nicole to let me know that her and her team were getting ready to start working on my set! December 28th Nicole called to let me know that it was ready and asked to schedule a time that she could drop off the set. I told her there was no need for her to drop it off, and asked if I could go pick it up NOW!!! I was excited to see it. The effort and quality of workmanship that went into this set is VERY evident and I've had many compliments on the set! Even my friends who don't quite like or understand my "funkiness" style and who didn't like the zebra print on the chairs, were very impressed with the quality of work. I'm SOOOOO happy with this purchase, and would highly recommend Alternatively Yours to family, friends, clients and smart shoppers alike! Thank you again so much to Nicole and team!!
