Graham-Martin Mechanical is an excellent company to work with. From the time I logged a call with my warranty company, they always call back with in a few hours to acknowledge the receipt of your service request and then set up an appointment time within a day or two. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. I wouldn't call any other company now.
