We replaced our roof and some of the wood put in new soffet, drip edge and such with materials we bought from Gordon Lumber. When our materials were delivered the driver went out of his way to get these materials as close to the hosue as he could possibly get. The closer to the house meant it was less for us to have to haul closer by hand and take up to the roof by ladder. He was very careful not to bend any of the squares of shingles and the other boxes as well. He was careful and respectful of the cost we put out for these materials. Would recommend this company!

A couple of years ago We got a garage door opener for a family member for a gift and had it installed by this company. Just this past winter it stopped working. The wires had been installed with regular staples and not the padded ones as the manual said were INCLUDED with the unit. The reg staples cut through the wires and it stopped working. The door had been worked on one time before and we had thougth it was under warranty but it wasn't. They only warranteed the unit and if the door got jammed up, even tho THEY installed it, it wasn't part of the warranty. So it coast almost 100 for them to work on it then. One of the family checked out the problem with the wiring. The staples had cut thru it and the wiring had to all be replaced at our cost, and at our cost we needed the padded staples to use as well. We had figured that this wouldn't be a warranteed item either even tho it was their fault by not putting the padded staples in which were included in the unit when it was installed so we didn not contact them until after it was fixed by someone else in the family. Then when we did they said why didn't you call us. Our answer was, and have another bill from you? They never offered to make it right or reimburse the cost of the wiring or the staples . We will not get any service from them or any products from them in the future and would choose another garage door company.

A few years back we had to have some tree limbs trimmed back because they were creating moss on our roof. We had Shortridge come out and do the trimming for us. They weee exceptional. They did a clean job and left no mess behind. They were on time and did just what they said they would do. The tree looked great and was trimmed expertly.

WE were putting in a sewer line and got all the materials from Castailia trenching. WE had bought more than we needed for the job. We got 6 inch pipes instead of the 4 inch so as not to have a back up later on in the line. The price on the materials was the most reasonable anywhere around. The people here are wonderful to deal with. Anytime I need this kind of materials I will defiately go back. We were able to take back all the psrts we did not use for a complete refund. No restocking fee either.

I had a part on my fridge that went out and a friend was going to fix it and needed the correct parts. I gave them my model number and ordered the parts for me and I got back the exact parts I needed and they fit perfectly. I didn't have to return any of them.And the price was very reasonable as well.
