I had an existing door opener that was not working properly, and ELite door came and tried to repair it, but given the age were unable to. They returned and professionally installed a new opener within the week, and it works perfectly, thank you Paul and staff.
After purchasing a Panasonic 3D tV, the glasses needed to use the 3D feature were unavailable for 5 months. Joy at Future worked hard to obtain the glasses, and was able to provide them at a reduced cost over even the mfg, thank you for your help in the fiasco with Panasonic.
I purchased a 3D 65" TV, and was uable to obtain glasses that enable the 3D feature to work for 5months. The run around from every level was horrific, and Panasonic does not care for keeping a customer happy. Would not recommend their products ever again.
