Quick to get someone out to the house to give a quote. Relatively quick to schedule the actual work and the team that showed up where polite and kept the house clean. No surprises in terms of cost or effort so everything went smoothly. Felt that it was easy to communicate with the company.
Instalation of a new furnace, some duct work
I scheduled an appointment for a quote with Boris just before the deadline for the end of the home reno tax credit. I also needed the appointment to take place after my home energy audit so i could claim the grant. Boris showed up on time, answered all of my questions, installation was done on the date provided, with no hidden costs. It is a very neat and professional installation job, done in a rather cramped space. I have had the Goodman furnace for one year with no problems so I am of the opinion that the installation is just as important as make of the furnace.
Camera investigation and root cutting in sewer
Roy provided good service and fair rates. When it was discovered that we would need to snake the sewer if the camera inspection was to be of any value, Roy provided the service for $40, which is cheaper than going to Home Depot to rent the snake yourself. Good value and the problem has been solved for the time being. When the roots grow back, I will call Roy again.
