Careful with Quality Home Comfort... they'll tell you upfront that they charge for their onsite visit ($100). What they don't tell you is David will come to your home and talk for hours. He'll tell you everything that is wrong with your house, and then never get back to you with a quote. You'll receive a random invoice three weeks later, billing you for the hours spent at your home (which I could not get David to leave my house). When you ask about a quote for heating / cooling (and still unsure what the point was to having David in my house, if they're not quoting for work) they'll take 7 weeks to send you a quote. Totally disappointed...not to mention the barrage of texts to my cell asking if I was "okay"?
