We have been customers of Blue Flame Gas for many years. They have outstanding customer service. Each year we are able to lock in to one price for a year's worth of propane for our heating. Because we pay our entire bill in advance, they reduce this price per gallon by 5 cents! This has been a wonderful savings for us. Every year a Blue Flame Technician comes to clean and service our furnace. One year the Technicician missed that a part was on the fritz. One very cold afternoon in the winter, our furnace stopped working because of this part. Blue Flame had a Technician at our house very quickly with a replacement part. The customer servive is always helpful and friendly. The Technicians are knowledgeable and always on call. We will continue to use Blue Flame for many more years to come.

Our washing machine broke shortly after moving into our new house. We did not have a lot of money because we had recently moved. We visited Star Electric because a friend mentioned they sometimes have used appliances. They did have a few used washing machines but the prices were not much less than a new washing machine. We did purchase a used machine with some added features, such as a delicate cycle, and the machine has been working very nicely.

Bennington Furniture is one of our first stops whenever we are looking for a new piece of furniture because it is so close by. They have a nice selection and fairly reasonable prices. The furniture pieces we have bought are excellent quality.

When we moved into our home I wanted to paint all the rooms to make the home more "ours." I soon learned how expensive that project could become. After some research Greenberg turned out to be a great deal for a great quality paint brand and all the supplies that we needed. And the customer service was very friendly. We've been back to Greenberg lots of times since then to buy odds 'n' ends of needs for our home.

Two years ago my husband and I bought a pillowtop king size mattress, box spring and frame from Taft Furniture. They refused to discount the sale at all. Not one penny. It was a nice mattress and the price was decent, but they wouldn't budge on anything. About three months ago we bought our son a twin bed and had the same experience. This time the bed set was an average price, not even a decent deal. But the salesman refused to consider knocking any money off. We did buy the mattress just to save the time, energy and gas from driving any other place to purchase. Overall we are satisfied but we would recomment that our friends go someplace where the sales people are more willing to deal with their customers.

My house seems to have an invisible target for lightening on it. I have had to replace my modem 3 times in about 6 years. The first 2 times it was still under warranty, so a service tech came to my house. This last time I was on my own. I called the Quality Computer Systems shop because it was the only computer fixer-shop I knew of, to be honest. The owner was incredible helpful and replaced my modem quickly. I had my computer back in a couple of days.
