They respect your time by keeping to the schedule, and proactively advice you if they are slightly behind. Questions, clarifications, or requests are swiftly addressed. Quoted prices include full model numbers, upfront and contain no hidden surprises. Overall, a pleasant buying experience.

Be wary when dealing with door to door reps from this company. They offer free estimates as a way to get their foot into your door. Next an aggressive call center agent would try to get you (or a family member) to accept their quotation. Then one day you will get a notice that service has been rendered while no one is home, and that the invoice is due. When you dispute the bill, it is then sent to Collections. Lesson learned - ACCEPT FREE ESTIMATES ONLY AT YOUR OWN PERIL

Allan, the estimator came on time. Compared to the other companies I also contacted, Allan very quickly and efficiently sized up the job, prepared the quote, and answered questions I had. A crew of 6 people came. They even have their own flat bed truck equipped with a forklift to deliver the shingles. A supply van also came to provide custom cuts of various materials used in the job. If you were to visit their office and warehouse along Kennedy Road in Markham, you will see the vast amount of roofing materials they have on hand. They have the resources to stay in this business for a long time. The crew are all experienced hands in this type of work. They already know their roles and just went about them quickly. The only weak area is communication. English is not their first language, and their English verbal skills are rudimentary. However, if your roofing project is pretty straightforward with not much customization involved, this communication gap should not be an issue.
