The furnace is running very well and I'm happy with the price for a Payne furnace. Very smooth transaction at a fair price. Quality of install was great, he pays attention to the details. We hired Apprize because our lawn was in rough shape after period of extended drought. The grass was all dead. Denis and his team were on time and on budget on the replacement of our sod and we would recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done. Our grass looks great now and we are very pleased.

I hired this company to remove ugly yellow siding on the second level exterior of my two storey single family home. They finished it with a beautiful stucco finish, complete with details around the windows, in a beige and brown colour. The workers were fast and effiecient, and did a great job! The house looks so much better now and I've noticed that it's quieter inside due to the extra insulation that was added. They even gave me a great deal on parging, so I hired them to parge the foundation around the house in the same colour. I'm very satisfied with this Suntex and how the job turned out. It looks great!

I bought a condo from this developper and it has been a nightmare since day 1. They have missed so many deadlines, the quality of their workmanship is poor, the missed multiple closing dates and for notified me on the day of closing that they had not completed the unit. The unit was given to me many things missing or deficient and many details were missed. I would not recommend this builder or their contractors to anyone.
