We needed our two sofas and area rug cleaned in our main living room. Had some drip stains on our area rug that we tried cleaning ourselves without any luck. Called Frank to get an idea of what he could do. He is a very personable guy, easy to speak to, very clear and concise. We set an appointment for the following day as he already had another job in the area. He said 10:00 and showed up at 10:00. He really takes his time. He went over the rug several times until the stains were gone. It looks like new again! He also cleaned the sofas and went over how to maintain them. And as a nice little bonus he noticed our foyer rug had a stain on it and cleaned it on the spot at no extra charge. The quality of work, the personal attention and quick appointment are why I would highly recommend him and use his services again.
