It was the first time that I shop for windows. The sales man did not suggest other types of windows to improve the appearance and view from inside and outside of the house. When I shopped for windows again a year later, I learned that I should have chosen a different style of window.
purchase and install a new furnace
It took 2 installers 1 day (9am-6pm) to remove and install the new furnace. The new furnace was noisy and I called them back to inspect it. There was a lock on the fan that should be removed, but apparently, the installer either forgot about it and didn't know this step. Even though, I still think the installer is knowledgeable electrician / engineer.

P.S. It has been almost four weeks since I asked Ela Chu to contact me and I have not heard from her. We have looked at all of our files and we don't have a customer by this name. We don't mind bad reviews but we mind to be reviewed by someone that is not our customer!!
