The wiped out my computer & reloaded it.
My computer stopped responding & I could not use it @ all. I took it in & for the low,low cost of $75.00 ( much cheaper than a new computer!)they wiped out my hard drive & reloaded it & upgraded my os to XP Pro sp2.I also had it back in 2 days!! I was a happy camper!
