Luc in Oakville location in need of an attitude change. They have our money we have an inferior product in need of replacement for over a year, end of story. Great customer service when you have him yelling and screaming saying at least I have a safety cover, I emphasis the word safety but inferior. Hanging up on a customer after mansplaining your business issues really is none of my concern, nor do I care. Just resolve the issue.
