Good News/Bad News Review First the good news. Our sales rep Breanna was fantastic! She was very helpful in selecting our window and doors and we are very happy with the decisions we made. She would get back to us promptly. I would recommend her to anyone! Nordik’s windows and doors seem to be a very solid product. The windows and doors open and close with ease and they really cut down on the outside noise when they are all closed. We did have an issue with one of our casement windows not opening properly. We called and they set up a service appointment quickly. The service technician was great and had the issue fixed in no time. No further issues there. We had 3 different installation teams, and all were great. They worked efficiently and took pride in their work. Now the bad news and the reason for the 2-point deduction. Nordik is terrible communicating with their clients. I called the office and asked a fairly simple question. The person that answered the phone said “I don’t know, ask your sales rep”. Gee, thanks for your help! They also seem to be bad at returning phone calls. I tried several times in a week to speak to someone to schedule an installation. No call backs and after a week I asked to speak to a manager, who never did phoned me back. Finally got a response once our sales rep got involved. Another example is we had an installation scheduled for an afternoon. They showed up first thing in the morning. When I said I wasn’t expecting them until noon, they said that their morning job got cancelled and they sent them to my house. Fortunately, I was home, but I could have had other plans or appointments for that morning. A phone call should have happened to make sure someone would be home. Overall, we are happy with our windows and doors. I would recommend Nordik to someone for their product but would warn them about their customer communication issues.
