Sam is efficient, polite, knowledgeable, clean and competitively priced, would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family, .........actually already have recommended to my wife for work on her mom's six-plex...great plumber and and a great guy.

Sam said he'd arrive at 6pm, I called him at 6.20pm only to be told he can't make it till 9pm.....I said forget it and called another garage door company who said they'd be there around 8.30pm. At 9.00pm a young man arrives, I ask if he's from 2nd company he says "sure", he then fixes the door (efficiently and expertly) and I notice name on truck to be Sam's company. Awkward conversation to cancel 2nd company, kinda crappy of Sam.

I lived in my house for 5 years and used the basement fireplace each year with no issues, although it's never been serviced. As it was not working this season i checked Honmestars and called Imran, boy, am i glad i found Imran. He arrived on time, performed a full diagnoses & cleaning. Fireplace now works/looks even better than before.
