When we bought our home it had the tubes in the wall for pest defense. We thought it was a good concept since everyone knows that bugs live in the walls. Our initial service was a reasonable price of approx $45 but after that it was $74 every 2 months. It might not seem like much, but for spraying chemicals into the walls that seemed a bit pricey to me. We decided to break our contract and go with another company that charges much less and sprays everywhere inside and outside my home.

After completing our bids for pool companies, we settled on White Water. They were able to give us everything we were looking for in a pool for a great cost. Our designer helped us pick the best shape to maximize our swimmable area. He even suggested adding a bit of space under our waterfall so that it does not hit our knees when we sit underneath. We now have a great pool with a great waterfall and cave. They even gave us free pool cleaning for 3 months when we had a minor issue during orientation. CS was always responsive and I always got a call back. I would recommend checking them out.

We inverviewed several landscape companies and even visited a home nearby that had used Dan to do their yard. Dispite a few warnings from the homeowner of the other job about his workmanship, we hired Beautiful Landscapes. When the job started right away we could see a problem his workers only worked for 3-5 hr a day and there was only 2 of them. A job that was supposed to take 1-2 weeks told over 1 month. Everytime I tried talking to Dan he would tell me that he did not have enough workers becuase they would quit. He and I did not see eye to eye on anything. His Parner was easier to deal with. Once the yard was finished I was VERY happy with the results but the process was a lot of work. I might recommend him again to others but with the stipulation beware of his time frames and get something in writing about how long the job will take and how many workers will be one site and for what hours.

I had broken 1 panel of my low E window and had wanted to get it repaired. I had called several companies and it was going to cost over $300. I finally called Centrury Glass and they were able to look my community up on their computer and find the exact window I had. It was not in stock but they told me it would only take a day to get it. They called the next day to come install my window. No extra charge to come out to Maricopa to install it. I would use them again.
