We have been using Mow Cow for several years. We get reliable lawn mowing and care (fertilization and weed killing). The only issue is the use large mowers and if you have tight corners, say around a swing set, they are likely to dent/damage the items as they buzz around on the large mowers. In our case, the swing set is old anyway. Otherwise, they do a great job. They may fall behind if it rains, as will all lawn services, but they always catch up without us needing to call and question.

We used Next Day and ordered items that were not available for Next day delivery. Not an issue - we knew that when we ordered. However, what we got was installation 2+ weeks later than promised. Each time we talked with them the story of why the delay varied so we lost faith/trust in their service. Product is fine - vendor is not.

Shiner did a good job on our roof. Biggest complaint was a few missed nails in the yard - but the roof looks great and has held up great (it's already a few years old). We tried to use them for siding and windows and were impressed with their approach and presentation. Unfortunately, since they don't do as many siding/windows jobs they don't get volume discounts from the suppliers and the costs were too high compared with other options.

We use Suburban for the annual termite inspection - never a problem. Prompt inspection as promised. We also used the for an ant issue and we were pleased but we felt we might have been talked into a bit more service than we really need. That said, we have no ant problem any more so we are pretty happy.

We had three bathrooms gutted and replaced. Nothing fancy added - essentially all the 25 year old stuff moved out and new stuff put in. Case was not the low big but any stretch of the imagination. However, we were very concerned about interruption to the household - we had seen friends have jobs drag out. We have a child who really needs the routine. Case delivered all the supplies in a 45 minute window one morning. Trucks arrived from three depots - all on time. They completed the job exactly on schedule. Everything was completed above and beyond our satisfaction. There was one issue, they drilled the holes for the door knobs in the wrong place on two doors. We did not have to complain - the workman came out and told us "I drilled the holes in the wrong place - sorry. The doors will work. I have already called the office and ordered replacements at our cost." Likewise a few pieces were left out by the manufacturers. We did not have to complain or point anything out - they told us about the issue and told us when they would be out to fix them. The final repairs were a bit slow, but what they did was wait until all the pieces arrived and they made one visit versus 5 or 6. Sure I would have liked it faster, but on the flip side I also did not want 5 or 6 interruptions. You pay top dollar - and you get top service.

Our Realtor recommended Richards when we moved in and they have been by the house 2x every year to inspect our furnace and air conditioning. We have only seen 2 different service folks - they have great tenure. Most amazingly, they have always been on time for the appointments. Amazingly on time compared to any other vendor we have worked with. Several years ago we had them replace the aging AC and furnace and the job was completed on time and on budget.

We talked with 10 Windows/Siding companies. Most walked around the house, took some rough measurements and then quoted us prices followed by high pressure slick presentations and we were unimpressed. American came by, measured everything, windows and siding and went back to the office - no silly presentation. A few days later, based on exact measurements, they came by and made a proposal for exactly how they would handle our job. The folks who worked on the job were highly professional. They cleaned up the materials everyday. They were on time each day and the job was started and finished exactly as proposed. We could not ask for anything more and can not recommend them enough!
