3’ Underpinning of a 1903 Victorian in Downtown Toronto
The project was to underpin a 1903 Victorian semi-detached home by 38 to achieve a finished 8 ceiling. The business owners provided a detailed quote, kept to the schedule that was negotiated, provided a cleaning service to keep dust down, all employees courteous and left the basement clean. Any issues we had due to underpinning in the winter were resolved promptly. This is a great team to work with even if youre a first time renovator. My advice is to go with them!
