We had an excellent experience with Monarchy Roofing. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking to get a metal roof call Monarchy first. Kevin came out to give me a quote and he was very informative and impressed on me the quality of the product he would be installing (by a Finnish manufacturer, Ruukki). His quote was the best and we set up a tentative time frame for the job, no false promises. As it turned out, our roof started leaking a month prior to our anticipated install, panicking, we called Kevin to see if there was anything he could do. He called us back 2 days later and said they would start the next day. That's great customer service and shows they care about their customers. The crew worked non-stop, i never saw them off the roof, the workmanship looks great, and they cleaned up when they left.
