My washer started to leak 2 wks ago and it was a 15 year old washer. I decided to get it replace and went to Trials. The staff recommended a samsung steam washer that was on sale and even help me claimed a $85 rebate from bc gov. The washer/dryer together was $1999.

Their prices are comparable with other bigger alarm companies but they offer services in chinese which is a huge plus for my parents. The installation process was quick and the technician explained everything in detail.
I find that the vacuum bags are the best price here, shopped here for several times until my old vacuum broke. Then I was able to find a nice one on sale, no problems so far!
