Response to service was immediate. There was more done than initially requested within the time arranged. Repair and replacement was done in a timely manner. The parts, though for a rare type of a lock, was available at the time of the service.
This company is very flexible when it comes to price. The guarantee of the quality is that they come and redo the service in case I am not happy with the job done. I've been using them for 4 years and this has never happened.

The builder's contractors could not even identify the course of the leakage and wanted to remove the wall to look inside. The C.D. person came and fixed the problem in half an hour. Very impressive.
That was a job well done within a budget we could afford. 13 months no payments plan was very attractive feature too. People are friendly and easy going above and beyond to satisfy my needs
